Your message explains who you are, what you do, and what problems you can solve.

Your message and the way you deliver it can be the key to your success.

By now you know what you do well and why others want to work with you. That’s where your magic lies. Now apply it and let it work its wonders. Put the process in motion by exploring these areas:

■ How you can improve your goods and services and deliver even more

■ How you can enhance your talent and skill to deliver even more

■ How you can make it more fun, more noteworthy, and more unusual

Think on a larger scale; go beyond the usual limits. Try to eliminate all unnecessary steps and simplify the process. Always try to give, produce, and satisfy more.

Brainstorm. Toss ideas around with your staff, consultants, advisors, and trusted friends. Be outlandish, stretch the limits, see what you come up with, and enjoy the process.

Create your own magic. Magicians don’t pull rabbits out of hats the first time they try. They have to find out how the trick works, get all the necessary items, and then practice repeatedly until they can perform flawlessly every time. Practice and don’t be afraid to stumble and fall. Get up and try again and again. Before long, you will master the art.

I find the synchronicity of meeting new people, connecting with them, and working with them magical. I love the way the process unfolds.

I’m amazed by how well all the parts fit when you’re both of one mind, totally excited, and can’t wait to bring it to a higher level.

That’s when the creativity soars, and the breakthroughs occur.

Watch out for repetition; repetition kills. Doing the same thing over and over will bore you to death eventually regardless of how successful you become. The difficult part is that it’s often hard to change. Clients and customers want what you have done successfully before, their money and acclaim are hard to resist, and you’re frequently pressed for time.

Serve your clients and yourself by always looking ahead, seeing what you could do differently and better. If you fall into a rut, you could lose your edge; competitors and upstarts could overtake you.

Experiment, explore. When you keep your mind engaged and challenged, magic can occur. Refreshing your approaches can add new energy all around. Your clients will love your new ideas; they will be excited by the directions you suggest. They will appreciate your efforts to constantly improve.

You will also share in the benefits because constant new input can be captivating. It can sweep you toward new vistas and discoveries that can make your work more stimulating, satisfying, and fun. It can enhance the quality of your work and the other aspects of your life.
